Barbara A. Dulin, was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Boston, MA where she received her
B.A. Degree in Human Service Management from the University of Massachusetts. She received
a Master's Degree in Education, with a minor in Organization Development from Cambridge College.
She is a Licensed Social Worker with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and an Ordained Minister
under the leadership of Pastor William E. Dickerson ll, at Greater Love Tabernacle in Boston MA.
Barbara is also the Vice President of Sisters International in Brockton, MA.
As CEO of Business Not As Usual, Barbara believes that every CEO must be the expert in his/her
specialized field. Her extensive training and expertise in corporate management, health, human
services and church administration has allowed her to approach the 21st century with new and creative
insight to the CEO's need for transitional management and reoganizational development.
